I imagine that he probably was a good lawyer, but turned me away. Just like any lawyer, they'll only take the layup cases and not the ones that require any actual work. There is no point in recommending this person, since they told me that they are planning to retire. In other words: go somewhere else, because that is what they'll tell you anyway.
