After my accident and horrible experience with PTSD I was carried up to the Merritt Center the experienced in care offered by Mrs Betty and Al, and the wonderful staff of volunteers and Veterans Mentor at center, change the direction in my life I will love it forever and would advise all veterans to take a moment and go up especially those suffering from PTSD
I first came by at the end of a retreat with a group of spiritual counselors on the Mogollon Rim. The leader was riding in my car and asked if we could stop by for a moment, during which I met Betty & Al as well as some war veterans who were there for part of their retreat. I came back as a Vietnam vet to do a four weekend retreat. I have been back uncounted times for myriad reasons. Always, there is a sense of oneness, peace & love. Second time here. first for week long vet retreat, now for a couples retreat. Mrs. Betty, Al and their crew are top notch and really good at helping vets move forward. live 6+ hours away in Cali, definitely worth the trip.
Betty and Al are wonderful! What an inviting and relaxing place to work on yourself or your relationship. A must do!
