I had an appointment scheduled for 12noon. They text me twice and sent 3 email confirmation reminders within 24 hours. I arrived at my appointment on time and waited patiently for 48mins. I received no phone call apologizing for making me wait. The receptionist was friendly and concerned about me waiting so long but the lawyer was not. He had no consideration for my valuable time.
Three seperate times I have been here. The first time I filed bankruptcy jointly with my wife wonderful experience. The last two times not so much. I was turned away twice. Ultimately I went with another Attorney's office.
