My fiancé and I are getting married on October 9th. We went to Men's Warehouse for a custom suit because my fiancé is female and has curves so a custom was the only way to go. She tried on her suit last week and the fit was way off but they told us not to worry they could fix it. Today we returned and the fit still wasn't right. The suits were so ill fitting it was ridiculous. Our Groomsmen ended up mixing and matching to try to get something that wasn't clownish.
RecommendedAfter a horrible experience at another location (Coon rapids) Nick at maple grove was a savior. Nick was calming and extremely knowledgeable about suits for our wedding he even helped us as make a custom suit for the wedding. I can not thank nick enough for this delightful experience. We were immediately greeted and offered assistance upon entering the store today. Oksana assisted me in choosing five outfit combinations for my new job. The store was quite busy and seemed short staffed, however, Oksana was very professional and helpful to me the entire time. Because of this service, I will be a longtime customer.
Learn how to measure. It's your JOB. Absolutely worthless business. DO NOT USE. Run.
Horrible customer service! My husband had to go in 3 times to get the correct tux. There was no apology or compensation for the amount of time he had to take to account for their mistakes and lack of communication. The people working there have no idea what they are doing and lack professionalism. Pick a different place for your wedding!
