Jiyoung Choi provides genuinely attentive and precise treatment. I work in a kitchen, and it feels like she has background experience in this field because she intuitively knows where the tension is and exactly how to address it. I would love to book sessions more often if our schedules aligned and she had more availability.
I’ve been a long-time customer and supporter of MEND, so I was very disappointed by my recent experience. I had to cancel just under 24 hours before my appointment and asked if the charge could be applied to a future appointment. I understood the policy, but was hoping for some flexibility. The clinic manager, Carla, called me back personally and showed absolutely no flexibility.
