This is a very pleasant neighborhood shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Ashley C., whom I saw most recently, was a joy to work with.

I purchased a $25 cartridge yesterday and after I screwed it in it it immediately burst and destroyed not only my battery but the new cartridge l. I went back to the medication station thinking that as a loyal customer they would be able to replace this cartridge but apparently because I didn't have the original receipt and original packaging they would not help me at all.
