It's always been a pleasant experience! I moved here 2 months ago and needed to find a dermatologist and I discovered the med spa. love the entire staff!
I enjoyed my first visit to the Medi Spa after a diagnosis of rosacea from Dr. Graham. I was still reeling from this news, not to mention the horrid rash that had taken over my face. Susana was so reassuring and knowledgeable about my condition and the products best suited to manage it. She was patient and spent a good 30-45 minutes explaining products and letting me try them. Happy with results so far.
Staff was not up front or transparent about additional $100 “consult” fee when the provider spent maybe 10 minutes in the room and talked me out of doing the service. They just expected to tack it on my bill and never mentioned it. This is after I had spent $500 the same day on a different service. This is purely unethical and greedy. I will be taking my money elsewhere and will not be dealing with this dishonest business.
