Missy and the rest of the team are just wonderful. I just finished my 3rd microneedle treatment and it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend MedSpa of NSB.
My experience is frustrating and I’m still really bummed about it. I wrote to the spa and they seemed genuine about providing a remedy but then never returned emails and I tried to send them 3 more follow-up emails. The space is clean. The rooms don’t feel super serene since you can hear the lobby. Front desk is always pleasant. The massage chair is nice to sit in while you wait.
