John was unavailable for a scheduled phone call, and then did not show up for a scheduled meeting, and his secretary was largely apathetic when I asked if he was coming at all. He did halfway apologize via email after I had to reschedule three times, but it left a very bad impression. No thanks. Not professional. Don't use them.
