Awful service! Avoid! far better solicitors out there, I was in a chain free, cash buyer of a flat and they said it would take at least 8 weeks to exchange... why would it take that long.. they never give you details, they never seemed bothered at all, waste of time.
We have been clients of McKinstry for a few years and are always happy to recommend them. Always receive a warm welcome from the girls in reception. Dealings have mostly been with Thiona and Robert who are both excellent at what they do. Communication 5 star and nothing is ever a problem.
Reception staff are appalling! They basically harass you in your private life if you even have a different opinion or skin colour than them! Do not use, avoid, would rather deal with Trump than them!
We had a great experience with McKinstry Ayr, from start to finish. And will be returning for additional servicies very shortly. Every one was courteous and professional. Communication was excellent. Robert sucessfully closed on a situation that had run on uncompleted for several years with another practise, before I changed to McKinstry I would highly recommend.
