The worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t respond to emails. I dealt with Robert, one of the partners of the firm and you’d expect a decent service but you’d be wrong. You get what you pay for and this seems to be a cheap firm. If you want a good service DO NOT USE Mckinstrys.
Awful service! Avoid! far better solicitors out there, I was in a chain free, cash buyer of a flat and they said it would take at least 8 weeks to exchange... why would it take that long.. they never give you details, they never seemed bothered at all, waste of time.
We have been clients of McKinstry for a few years and are always happy to recommend them. Always receive a warm welcome from the girls in reception. Dealings have mostly been with Thiona and Robert who are both excellent at what they do. Communication 5 star and nothing is ever a problem.
