Although everyone on the staff was very friendly, polite, and professional, the attorney that I was assigned to during the lunch hour of a business day (and to whom I left a very understanding and flexible-oriented message), failed to contact me by the COB the following business/workday - as they advertise -. A great precedent has been set by other firms that my wife and I have worked with in that they are much more responsive and proficient in their essential communicative skills.
