Poor experience with the receptionist's. This is not your typical friendly exchange. In fact, today the receptionist actually made me feel bad for calling back. She reviewed my previous call in June and quoted an exorbitant consultation fee. Additionally, when inquiring about the hourly rates for continued service, she stated the rates are "to be determined".
