Rachel at the front desk was extremely kind and went out of her way to help me charge my phone while I was waiting. She made the check-in process comfortable and easy. Jude who did the testing, had a great attitude and made everything quick and stress-free. He explained things clearly and kept it professional while still being friendly.
The staff here were extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. Rachel was very sweet and Jude did my screening and made the process quick, and educational. I can’t believe the screenings are free. Highly recommend.
I definitely recommend coming here for std/sti testing. I had a pleasant experience working with Rachel and Taren. They were both very nice and welcoming. They both provided very informative resources and answered questions w/o any judgement.
rachel was insanely helpful for me and my partner from the phone call to when i went into the office and taryn took amazing care of me. they are both lovely women to talk to and made the environment very anxiety free and safe. thank you to both of them !!
