A couple years back I had called and spoke to Eron on multiple occasions concerning a house purchase and during those conversations his knowledge , responsiveness and professionalism were excellent. My agent at the time convinced me to go with her lawyer because she had “a team in place” and is one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made which I regret to this day. When we sell again Eron WILL be my choice if he is still practicing .

Eron and Suzie are fantastic. Very professional, but have a sense of humor. Easy to talk to about options and the proceeding steps. We relocated from out of state and Eron took the time to make sure we were aware of different veteran options, new laws coming into effect, and aspects of home buying that are unique to Illinois. We plan on retaining Eron for future estate planning.
