REAL ESTATE: I'm an out of state buyer and had to use them because the seller dictated the title company. Matt is very short tempered in answering my questions, almost yelling when talking to me. What's worst are the final charges at closing. I understand the typical fees, but some of these line items and associated amounts were ludicrous.
