As part of the Transition Seminar, hosted by Beth B. Logullo, a group from the seminar class was afforded the opportunity to visit The Mayflower @ Winter Park. My 84 year old mother was transferred here 1/23/25 after hip replacement on 1/20/25. The facility is great but the care she received or should I say didn’t receive is the problem. Many times I was there after work and no one would even come into her room for to check and see if she needed to use the bathroom or anything. Any time I picked up her clothes to wash they were still wet and reeked of urine.
