It's been 3 months and have not heard from them. They are quick to sell and charge. They promise but don't deliver. The first date was not close to what they promised 😕 Very disappointing.

I signed up with The Matchmaking Company in Princeton, NJ in March 2025 and paid $3,000 for their services. Their materials state that introductions generally occur within 3–10 business days after processing. I submitted all requested information promptly. By the 11th business day, no introduction had been made and no meaningful progress update was provided. Based on the stated timeframe, I requested cancellation and a refund. I invested in this matchmaking service with the understanding that it would provide personalized, intentional matches aligned with clearly stated preferences. Unfortunately, my experience consistently fell short of what was represented at the time of purchase. I paid for 8 dates with the Matchmaking Co. and it was not cheap. Especially considering I have a chronic disease, collect disability, and can only work part-time. After those 8 dates, , I hadn’t gotten any second dates, and I was ready to give a VERY negative google review. Then my new matchmaker, my third or fourth, Sasha, went above and beyond.
