Tiffany is great! She has a very relaxing voice, answered any questions I had with great knowledge and kindness, and has a beautiful, personal space set up. Highly recommend!
Tiffany has a natural gift for addressing the client’s physical concerns as well as identifying unspoken areas of misalignment or locations of held tension in the body. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring toward her clients. I have had the privilege of going to Tiffany for bodywork for about 5 years now, and after each visit my body and mind feel at ease.
The Mat and Table's atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. Tiffany was highly skilled and knowledgeable on all things therapeutic. The massage was a gamechanger for me, I would highly recommend.
HIGHLY recommend! Her knowledge of the body and its mechanics and her experience in massage therapy/yoga make her a great practitioner - her empathy and professionalism means she is one of the best. In my first massage, she walked me through what she found out of balance, so I was able to learn where/how I hold tension. You know she cares a lot about your health and well-being because of how she cares about everyone’s health and well-being.
Loved everything about my experience! She was very knowledgable and informative about what she was doing and why. Very cute salon, professional and relaxing. I would recommend 10/10 and will definitely be back!
