I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever been ghosted by a law firm before. I had my initial consultation, it seemed to go well, and instead of any follow up it was silence. No “hey our consultation was great I’m going to take your case” like I thought it was going to go. No “ hey, our firm isn’t going to take your case at this time but best of luck to you and your family.” Nothing. I have never had this happen to me. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for a consultation based off of this. Very unprofessional.
Front desk reception and attorney Brandon were extremely helpful and professional. Above and beyond!
Paid $350 just for him to look at my husbands case and never heard a word back from anyone. Called several times and every time we were told they were working on it, that was almost 10 years ago now.
Paid for a consult and then they ghosted us. Won’t return our calls or respond to emails. Update: after posting this I finally got a response. Final outcome still tbd.
