They said they could repair my website for a fee so I told them to go ahead and repair it. I requested the health diagonsitc report of my website and a detailed report of the work they did and they refused to provide me with those details. I hired rob to build and design a website for me in June 2024. In February my website crashed and rob wanted $3000 / year for maintenance fees to ensure it didn't crash again. I retrieved 2 second opinions from 2 other website designers that stated the health of the website should have been built in while creating the foundation of the website.
