I got a 50 minute massage with cupping and I must say that had to be one of the most beneficial massages I’ve ever gotten. There were moments of intensity, but my amazing massage therapist, Veon, already warned me on that prior to my appointment. This was my first time getting a cupping based massage and it definitely won’t be my last, I was able to notice a difference with increased range of motion in my shoulder after just my FIRST session!
