I had a massage here not too long ago and was really impressed! I wasn’t expecting much and was very pleasantly surprised by how amazing it was. I believe my masseuse’s name was Sammy but not 100%. Anyways it was the best massage I’ve had in as long as I can remember. Also, the receptionist was very friendly as well
The worst experience I’ve had, masseur blowing her nose putting tissue on the bed. I specifically asked her to do my legs only. She wouldn’t listen it’s been 10 days , put so much pressure with her elbow behind my shoulder bone I still can’t lift my arm. I spoke to management, ok we won’t put you with her again!!! I’ve spent a lot of money here and sent clients here also.Will not be returning, follow clients instructions. So annoyed .
Been here multiple times, service is generally excellent. I had Sammy today, and found her manner to be quite rude and abrasive, I don't know if she was just having a bad day, but I left more stressed and annoyed than when I went in. I'm not leaving one star, as all my previous experiences have been great and don't want that to reflect on the rest of the staff
Ive been here 4 times now, going to make it my go to for massage.
