Have been trying to get appointment for the last 2 weeks by calling the number given on the coupon and for the last 2 week it has been saying their is no one available and that the mail box is full what way is this to run a business that you are given a gift but cant get through to book a appointment also went into premises and they had left for the day at 2pm
