Absolutely awful. If I hadn’t paid so much, I wouldn’t be this disappointed. I specifically booked a remedial massage, but instead received some obscure shaking-style massage that did nothing for my tight muscles. A “full body” massage apparently meant legs (but not feet), back, and shoulders—no flipping, no proper coverage. At one point the therapist even stopped to talk to the receptionist mid-massage, which was incredibly unprofessional.
