Would highly recommend. Paul really knows what he is doing. Perfect (firm) pressure. Went in super tight all over before massage, felt much looser and better able to move after massage.
Paul is an exceptional massage therapist. I have a number of issues and he helps me to manage them with massage therapy. I see him once a month and after every treatment I feel the benefit immediately. He is very knowledgeable and can give you tailored treatments and advice. I highly recommend The Massage Guy! I struggle with pain and tension in my neck and shoulders due to my job. Paul uses the perfect deep pressure to relieve my pain and work out my knots, but also makes me deeply relaxed. He is professional, attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and skilled at what he does. He is very friendly and welcoming, listens to my needs, and tailors the treatments to suit my needs. If you want an effective treatment for pain and good banter, he is your guy! Thank you Paul.
