Caz is an absolute gem! ✨ Fantastic practitioner with an absolute -flair- for the work she does. Great with communication both during and outside the massage. Excellent at curating relaxing spaces. And wonderful range of treatment options. She's always able to find the points I'm having trouble with and ease them. Managing my fibromyalgia wouldn't be the same without her on my team. 🙏
Had a great session. Caz was super friendly and professional. She took time to find out the areas I needed her to focus on and really worked those tough knots out. I left feeling awesome - a burden being lifted off my neck and shoulders quite literally! Clean and neat cozy set-up as well. Loved it and will definitely be back!
The best massage i’ve ever had! Caz is very kind and attentive, and made me feel comfortable instantly. She also customizes the massage based on what you request. I have a very tight jaw and she took the time to not only release it but also explain to me how it connects to other muscles that hold tension and how to massage it at home so I can release jaw tension myself next time. Highly recommend for those wanting a tailored massage experience and want to learn more about how to use massage for their own self-care.

Carrera is an incredible remedial masseuse & I could not recommend her more highly. She always listens to my concerns and gets right to work! She is kind, thoughtful and very intuitive. My concerns (there are always many) are treated professionally & she tirelessly works to 'fix' me every session. The room is incredible and Carrera is always very prepared to ensure I come away feeling so much better than when I arrived. Thank you Carrera you are a true healer!
