Ive been a regular monthly client for about a year and a half, but I have had occasional massage here since 1994. I have greatly benefitted from adding massage to my health practices. The providers are knowledgeable and supportive of my health goals related to strength, flexibility and pain management. There are a wide variety of options from gentle massage, deep tissue, couples, stones, and scents. Flawless massage experience. Jennifer was so friendly and did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend a 30 minute session for a nice, quick refresh at any time, or a full session for ultimate relaxation. Lovely spa space as well!
