Poor maintenance of Gate C25 caused a half hour delay getting off an arriving JetBlue flight. The Jet Bridge was not working properly according to the Jet Blue announcement. I missed my bus connection as a result. The other problems with MassPort are the limited food and restaurant offerings at prices that are relatively more expensive than similar fare at other airports. Too many chain restaurants and no opportunities for small businesses who can't afford the rent or contractual obligations imposed by MassPort on tenants.
