Extremely underwhelming. Created an unappealing bouquet and ruined my anniversary. Can’t take it back if the receiver doesn’t like it. Categorically average flower arranging skills. I really like the fresh flowers they have but I have to say I’ve used them thrice before and the bouquets have always been quite ugg. There is always an excessive use of baby’s breath. The floral arrangements don’t really scream luxury. Avoid unless in a rush. Selfridges’ florist is 5 minutes away
