Do not put your loved ones here. No care, no maintenance, professionalism and they will be locked in a room for hours unattended to. On the first day my mother move in, she had been dumped into a room and hadn’t seen anyone until I came in that afternoon. (4+ hours alone and unsorted and uncomfortable.)
