This place was a grave disappointment. The administration is abysmal, and their lack of communication is dangerous. Not only do they not communicate with family, they dont even communicate with each other, no one is accountable for anything. Though there is some great staff, usually they're short handed and in a hurry so do as little as possible. My moms been there for months and only been offered help to brush her teeth a couple times. The director, Amy, made many promises to us when we were looking for a place for our mother, but once she was admitted we came to realize that they had no intention of following through with those promises. Most importantly, Mary Culver Home assured us that once my mother was admitted she would be able to remain there until the day she passed regardless of her medical needs and finances.
