Attorney Martin is fraudulent she's not dependable and she's not reliable I've been waiting for my settlement which was paid Out 3 years ago and I haven't gotten a dime
I cannot get in touch with her and I haven't received my settlement its been 2 years
She was appoint GAL in my case and never visited my child, spoke with me via phone once and never followed up. She then wrote an inaccurate report and never showed to court, which caused the case to be continued and a new GAL appointed, in which I was responsible for new GAL fees and I am a single mother. 6 months later she sent a check with a partial refund and it initially BOUNCED.
