JC Penny's my favorite store!
Give 5 stars because of good memory. I came to this mall in the winter of 2019, there were still a lot of people and a magnificent kid playground. My kids took pictures with Santa. It’s really sad it turned like this. Hope it can resurrect some day.

Actual trash. so unfair that Albany, Syracuse and buffalo get these fancy big malls while Rochester is stuck with nothing.
