Run down not really much there
This used to be a nice mall 15 years ago. I guess as companies and people have moved away from Rochester there are just not enough people to support this mall anymore. As urban decay continues to engulf Monroe County, it looks like Marketplace is the newest place to fall victim to Rochesters declining population, dwindling wealth, and declining economic activity.
