Walked around for 20 minutes, doing my shopping. Got to the counter and turned out that they had no available working card reader as apparently the internet had been in and out the full day. Can't believe there wasn't a big sign on entry. Haven’t carried cash in 5+ years. Waste of my time. Easy to fix guys and no communication - also walked past several staff members.
I'm a local and would love to frequent this store but there are major issues with 1. cleanliness and hygiene: I arrived one morning to see a person loading pastries from a trolley into the pastry cabinet using their bare hands, the floor is really dirty and the till area is covered in thick dust, 2. Stock- the shelves are poorly stocked and they have limited products, 3. Service - when I ask for help staff either just point me towards something or look annoyed that I asked. 4.
