A great resource This is such a wonderful place to find anything you're seeking for your health. Their bulk selection is excellent and well priced. They have spices, flours, chocolate, you name it! The staff is very knowlegable and friendly. I shop there regularly and am so glad they are here.
Friendly helpful staff This small family-own business carries a surprising variety of health food, vitamins, supplements, and beauty aids. Also a Nice selection of dairy and meat substitutes. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.They are happy to order things they don't always carry. Prices are within normal range, especially for the bulk items.
