Ordered from here last Monday through ShareBite - nothing to write home about. Ordered again today through ShareBite for a second try and will def not order again. Chicken in the fajita today is rubbery and either microwaved or overcooked. No thanks. I gave 2 stars for the grapefruit juice, but now it sketches me out a little...
Very pricey and limited selection of foods
A very handy supermarket that is right outside the entrance of Mercedes House. It's well managed and stocked with foods and many different types of supplies. Price is reasonable and food is fresh. If you register your phone number with the cashier, you earn cash back when you shop there. Ask the cashier about how the program works.
Great food here. The key is you have to catch it when everything is fresh. My last visit here did leave a bit to be desired in terms of the freshness of my cilantro rice. Seems like the deli should be more busy as they tend to offer a very interesting selection. This should help with the occasional lack of freshness issue. The Market in general is extremely convenient with typical Manhattan prices.
