The Mariner was built in 1927, it was converted from it’s original use as a movie palace and vaudeville theater in the 1970s. It served as a plaza filled with shops and was later converted to office space. The Mariner has now combined its history into one space that includes unique shops, an art gallery and more. We also feature live music on stage and events in our boutique theater. The Mariner is unlike any other place or venue in our area.
