I’ve been visiting the Margaret River Chocolate Factory for over 10 years, and while the chocolate is always delicious, I feel the interior hasn’t changed at all in that time. The flooring especially looks worn and often messy with chocolate and food droppings. It would be wonderful to see the space refreshed to match the quality of the products.
Went on a Sunday, ridiculously busy which is fine but the service was pretty poor, my husband was overlooked by a male serving behind the counter for the women standing behind him like he was insignificant.. waited a long time for coffee and pretty sure they just forgot until I asked.. Best to get in, get what you want and get out! Chocolate is great though
