This establishment used to be a retirement home. Now is advertised as an Air B&B. No kitchenette No coffee pot No curtains No hangers No where to put your clothes No ice machine. New owner did not even bother changing the bath fixtures or the STAINED toilet seat. Anybody can walk in the front door because it has permanent residents in the same wing. So glad this assisted living community is available again in Eureka! The inside is nicely redone, and it's a comfortable spot for anyone needing extra help with daily tasks, but who might not quite need to go over to Eureka Nursing. Comfortable studio apartments for independent living are also offered, and those are accessible via a separate entrance in the back. A meal plan and laundry service can be added to the rent and offers a nice way to live close to friends while reducing the need to cook and clean.
