The staff at The Manor Village in London go above and beyond to deliver love and care, not only to the residents, but to their families. Our Mom had the very best care there that we could have ever hoped for. Our family are so happy with the care they provide for our mother. They are kind, supportive, helpful and they genuinely love taking care of her. We are so happy to have mom here and so is she. She adores every staff member at Manor village. They all treat her with respect and dignity. Our family would recommend Manor Village to anyone who are looking for LTC for their loved one (s). It truly is a holistic approach that includes family members to be involved.
Cindy is an absolute pleasure to work with.
