Resident was calling and you was not answering call rights: 3 residents called one Medtec was sitting next to her door and she answered 2 we answered those calls.you was sitting in one place more than 2hrs : what do you want us to do if no calls and it’s night shift? I moved into the Manor in August 2024 and have enjoyed being here the people are family oriented, the staff are friendly, the food is excellent and residents are also. I looked at other places and I chose this one. Medical facility is close by transportation and shopping available.
Both of my parents live at Manor Village. My father is in memory care and my mother is in assisted living. We looked at a lot of places, but as soon as we walked in and spoke to Wesley & Toby we knew this was the right place. Everyone that works here is so friendly and they treat you like family. The memory care staff are amazing and my father is doing so well here. It is clean, well taken care of and both of my parents enjoy the food. It is an amazing place, you will not regret putting your loved ones here.
