.In my healthcare experience, I find the Manors Administration and their staff to be professional, skilled, personally caring and attentive to detail pertaining to their residents individual needs and of the family units involved in the resident's life. The elegant beauty of the of the facility not only has a calming ambiance but displays a well planned enviroment concerned with the safety and an 'at home' feeling for the residents. Well thought out!
My mom has been at The Manor for about a year and a half, and I’m very happy with the care she receives. The facility is clean, comfortable, and safe. The staff is familiar with my mom and handles her well, which has been a big difference compared to where she was before. Management has always been easy to reach. Tiffany and Mark are very involved, and Tiffany has been especially helpful whenever I’ve needed something. I’m grateful my mom is here and can leave after visits feeling peace instead of worry. Disrespectful and constant rude treatment of an 89 year old client, veteran, and husband of resident, and his family and friends by Mark and Tiffany. Full stop.
Weird experience with them. We told them we would move my dad in but we wanted him to have a private caregiver for about 6-8 hours a day until he was adjusted to the facility. During the initial meeting they were all about it and had no problem with it. Couple days before he's due to move in they call us and start giving us an hard time about the caregiver.
