Weird experience with them. We told them we would move my dad in but we wanted him to have a private caregiver for about 6-8 hours a day until he was adjusted to the facility. During the initial meeting they were all about it and had no problem with it. Couple days before he's due to move in they call us and start giving us an hard time about the caregiver. My mom has been at the Manor of Ft. Pierce since November 2024. I must say that this was a move that was very successful for my family. My mother can be challenging because of her illness but the staff and management at the Manor has been very patient and helpful with her. The leadership team has been very good about communicating with me and the support staff has been excellent!
