Excellent place to live, the atmosphere in general is very good, Melanie and Maria are very friendly and always helping the resident. And the maintenance guys always came with a good attitude and kindness. I share my excellent experience living here. I totally recommend it. Also the neighbors are very friendly and always talking.
Do not move in here, I used to live & work here & would definitely not recommend this place at all. My family & I got kicked out of our apartment a few months back because my kids (3 & 5 years old) were being "too noisy." They gave us TEN days to vacate, 10 days will never be enough to find something else & get approved plus move everything. The Manager Melanie also fired me a month after kicking us out. For the last couple of years, I have seen significant improvement in things here that I consider important for my physical and mental comfort and well-being. Large things like the renovation of the swimming pool area, addition of barbeques, the addition of a gym that has everything needed for a retired Army soldier like me to help stay in shape, and better upkeep of the grass/shrubbery. And the Management Staff are always receptive to smaller concerns, like replacing an air vent I didn't like because it didn't direct the air... read more
