I got to live here for a year and a half and I had a stellar experience. The ladies at the office were always so kind and helpful. I never had a problem that wasnt resolved swiftly. At one point, our AC went out and they had it replaced with a whole new AC system in a matter of days. They even offered to set us up with a temporary cooling system while we waited for its install. 2nd year living here and I love it !! . Couldn't ask for a better spot for me and my partner to be able to work for I don't drive and is in perfect walking distance to many places that I need to go too . The ladies in the office are SO lovely and nice, never thought my landlords could be such kind people . And even the people around the apartments are nice folk as well . So excited for another year here at the Palomar !
Clean, well-maintained environment and the neighbors seem friendly. The staff was very helpful and patient during our move-in process, especially since I was eager to get everything settled. Front desk staff are nice and welcoming and have been since our first meeting. We were shown a model 1 bed, 1 bath layout that we really liked, but the apartment we received after signing the lease ended up being a different layout, which was a little disappointing and may have just been a misunderstanding/miscommunication.
