I had a great experience with Maria. She provided exceptional customer service, helped me find the best apartment option for my needs, and made the application process fast and easy. She was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions along the way.
The A/C specialist replaced something and the leaking is resolved. I have lived here five years and am very comfortable here.
me and my fiance just renewed our lease for a second year! maria and georgia upfront are two of the best! the maintence guys handle everything in a timely manner, and professionally! the apartment grounds are very well kept for the most part! the pool is always clean! the only thing i would say is there should be another set of grills and an easier way to change propane if the grills are out of propane, especially on the weekends! we wouldnt have renewed if we didnt enjoy living here!
We moved into this complex in February 2026. I intentionally waited several months before writing a review so I could provide an honest perspective based on our actual experience living here rather than first impressions. Our experience has been below expectations. During our initial meeting with management, we were shown a model one-bedroom, one-bath apartment because they stated they could not show us the exact unit we would be renting at the time.
