Unfortunately this person Jora was dishonest. He said he’d have a shop look at my car and have a settlement for my claim. After months past and I lost communication for he would not answer my calls text or emails. I got in touch with the shop my vehicle was at only to find out Jora was not answering his calls as well. My vehicle was parked in the street for months and was eventually towed. I had to pay all the fees. I tried contacting Jora and nothing. He went completely ghost. My car was hit parked and it’s been a mess! First they said they are taking my car to canoga park and I see it in Azusa. I had to contact them and they said canoga park did not specialized in my vehicle but they knew the model of the car beforehand so idky they had a change of plans and didn’t communicate with me. To make it all better, they had my car for a month and I didn’t get a new bumper or a paint job. They refurbished my bumper. The scratches from the incident is still there.
