The Makers Outpost has a sharp-looking exterior that fits in nicely with the character of the town. They promote shopping local and supporting small makers, which I always appreciate. There’s a focus on knitting and handmade items, which may be just the thing for some shoppers. I headed upstairs to check out the T-shirts, but the selection was a bit light. Just not quite my kind of store—but still a pleasant little stop-in while exploring downtown.
