After proper setup, the machine ran for over 2 hours but produced no scent at all — no noticeable fragrance, no results. Very disappointing, purchased one machine for my home , worked great, purchased the second one for my business , within a year my home machine stopped working, a month later my machine at work started making a loud noise every morning when we start it , then stopped completely, I called and emailed the company several times with no responds at all, that’s not the customer service I experienced as I see in their reviews!!!!!!!!!!
I have been trying to reach this company customer service number and they simply do not answer. I have bought TMS 100 and does not work anymore. It does not even have a year. Do not buy from here
I first have to start off by saying their customer experience is something of a lost art. I feel like I stepped back in time when people took pride and what they sold and truly knew the value of customer relationships. I had my unit for a little over a year, and the warranty had run out. I emailed the company explaining that my diffuser was no longer working, and asked for suggestions on troubleshooting.
