Great place, better pricing than other Scent machine companies. I think they have a good selection of scents, and really nice employees. We ended up buying 3 more scents and another small scent diffuser. I already have one at my house in our air conditioner and one at my daughter's and an older small one for your car or bedroom. I love having my house smell good all the time.
This company has the worst costumer service: we order one of their products and they send it to the wrong address, plus they call my wife responsible for putting the wrong address but she did everything right, their system send it to other address. I will not buy again from them and I’ll doing more claims and advise to other costumers to be careful with this company. Horrible service response
I love it, BUT….why is there a layer of oil all over my house? I was constantly having to degrease my furniture and had to have my rug professionally cleaned. It’s been unplugged for a month as it’s turned out to be costly. I thought cold air diffusers were not supposed to leave any residue?
I ordered an oil per a special early secret Santa gift. It should have arrived December 4. Online tracking continuously said they failed to hand the package over and that only the label was printed. I emailed support December 7 and I was told they would 1 day ship my item on December 11. My event is December 13, I asked why online tracking once again said the previous thing about failing to turn the package in.
