Ordered before Thanksgiving for Christmas presents. Had to email them mid December to find out status. They told me one bag was back ordered and wasn't going to make it on time for Christmas. Reach back out to them mid January to get told that it would ship next week. Reached out 2 weeks later to get the same story. Emailed them yesterday to have them say it would ship tomorrow then get an email saying I had to pay more shipping. Wasted 2 months of my time to cancel the order.
