I placed a order on 03/30/2025 and I have still not received it. I emailed them, and there response was they could not find the order. I sent them screen shots and all the order information, order number, name, address, email, not sure what else I could have given them. Wish I had read the comments before this. Will report to BBB, and file a fraudulent charges with my bank. Seeing that I have the emails proving that they said they didn't even have the order. This company has stolen my money, along with the many reviews before mine. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. Purchased a product on 04/02/2025. It is now 05/05/2025 and they have become unresponsive after multiple attempts to contact and will not cancel or complete my order. I have reached out to customer service many times. If you have fallen victim, please report the Luxe Medspa 🙏🏼
I ordered a face serum from them on April 9th. I understood that shipping took 9-16 business days. It’s currently May 6th, and my purchase has STILL not shipped. I have emailed their customer service at least 6x with either no response, or the same exact response every time where they say they will be sending my inquiry to the next team whatever that it. The place steals your money!!! Ordered on 4/2/25 and have not received my product. I have also not received an email back regarding my request for a refund. I have reported them.. do you buy from them.
Placed order and was charged $275- never received order. Have been waiting for refund to be processed since 4/10. save your money and your frustration and do business with a legit company. stay away from this Fraudulent business
