I wish I could leave zero stars. I pre-purchased Dysport during a Christmas sale and when I went to redeem it, they no longer offered the service. I was bummed, but figured I’d get a refund and go to my old medspa. NOPE! Not only are they refusing to refund me for a service THEY DONT EVEN OFFER AND FALSELY ADVERTISED, but I can’t even get a manager to call me back to speak to me on the phone after repeated voicemails, emails, and texts. Save your money and go to an honest medspa instead of these crooks.
I have been coming to this place for years, they are unbelievably phenomenal. Veronica is heaven sent! She’s extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what she’s doing. She does an amazing job at meeting your goals while still making it look completely natural! She truly listens to you and educates you on everything she is doing. Not only is Veronica precious, the staff is as well! They are all so welcoming and kind. I would never go anywhere else.
I absolutely loved my experience at The Luxe Lounge! Veronica is great and i love how everything turned out. Can’t wait to go back!
Veronica with the Luxe Salon is exceptional. I highly recommend her. She is knowledgeable, talented, ethical and recommends what is truly needed, to help with one’s skincare. I have been very pleased with this salon and very impressed with Veronica and her expertise.
