I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shae Jordan at Lux Business Firm. After paying for a tax letter , we discovered that the preparer’s license number was not included on the document. When the mortgage broker and I requested the missing information, all communication stopped. Multiple emails, calls, and requests went unanswered, leaving us scrambling to resolve a problem that should have been simple to fix.
